Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains your rights and obligations when you wish to return products purchased from us and, where applicable, receive a refund. It applies to orders placed via the website bloxarynox.world (the "Website") and to the products we sell, including Digestavella (the "Products"). This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), including the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This Return Policy describes how we implement those rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
2.1 General
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by letter, email, or via a form we provide). You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not mandatory. You can also contact us using the contact details in section 1. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
2.2 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the Products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products (e.g. opening packaging to inspect the product is generally acceptable; using or consuming the product beyond what is necessary to try it may reduce the value). We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount corresponding to any diminished value, in accordance with applicable law.
2.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Dutch law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (where applicable):
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain food supplements once the seal is broken). In such cases we may inform you before you place the order that you will not be able to withdraw once the seal is broken.
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Contracts for the supply of perishable goods.
If your order falls within an exception, we will inform you before or during the ordering process where required by law. For products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons, you may still withdraw and return them provided the seal is intact and the product is unused. Once the seal is broken or the product has been used, we may refuse withdrawal for that product in accordance with the law, or we may accept the return at our discretion and subject to a possible deduction for diminished value.
3. How to return the products
To return the Products:
- Notify us of your withdrawal or return request within the withdrawal period (or within any longer period we may offer), using the contact details in section 1. Please include your order number and the reason for return if you wish to provide it.
- Pack the Products securely, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number inside the package.
- Send the Products to the address we provide to you (which will be our business address or a returns address we specify). You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products unless we have agreed otherwise or unless we have offered to bear the cost. We recommend using a trackable delivery service so you can prove that you sent the Products.
- Keep proof of postage or delivery until your refund has been processed.
We are not responsible for Products lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us. If you are returning Products because they are faulty or not as described, different rules may apply and we may reimburse return shipping; please contact us before returning.
4. Refunds
Subject to the conditions in this Return Policy and in applicable law:
- We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification or, if later, from the day we receive the Products back (or the day you supply evidence of having sent them back).
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
- If we have offered to bear the cost of return delivery, we may deduct the direct cost of return from the refund if you use a more expensive delivery method than the one we offered, to the extent permitted by law.
- If the Products show diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from the refund, in accordance with applicable law. We will inform you of any such deduction before processing the refund where possible.
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe above, please contact us. In some cases, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account after we have sent the refund.
5. Faulty or non-conforming products
If the Products are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law (including the Dutch Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Directive). These rights may include the right to repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or full refund, depending on the circumstances. You should contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault or non-conformity. We may ask you to provide evidence (e.g. photos or a description of the issue). For faulty or non-conforming products, we may cover the cost of return delivery; please confirm with us before sending the Products back. Your statutory rights are not limited by this Return Policy.
6. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your business), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Returns and refunds for business customers may be agreed on a case-by-case basis or under separate terms. Please contact us to discuss.
